Kaomoji copy and display troubleshooting
Fix missing characters, awkward spacing and clipboard problems.
Fix missing characters, awkward spacing and clipboard problems.
Clipboard access depends on browser support, permissions and a secure connection. If a Copy action is rejected, the tool opens a field containing the exact expression. Select the text and use your device’s Copy command. This fallback preserves your draft.
A confirmation appears only after the automatic write succeeds. Selecting fallback text cannot prove that a copy completed, so it is not counted as automatic success.
A square box usually means the destination font cannot display a character. Try a simpler expression or another supported font where the app allows it. The same text can look different on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
A proportional font may change spacing between parts of a face. Avoid aligning several faces into a picture unless you have checked the destination. Text art is especially sensitive to line width and font choice.
The classic shrug contains a backslash. Some editors and markup formats treat it as an escape, so inspect the posted result if it disappears. Our copy action preserves the approved text, but the destination may transform it.
Combining marks affect neighboring characters. Editing the middle of a complex face may change its appearance. Copying the complete expression is usually more reliable than rebuilding it.
Favorites and drafts belong to this browser. Clearing site data, changing browsers or using a private session may remove them. Browser settings can also block storage; changes then last for the current visit.
If a problem persists, contact us with the collection or item name, your browser and what happened. Avoid sending private message contents unnecessarily.
Try one short face in a plain draft and compare it with a more elaborate entry. If the short version works, the problem may be a specific character, width or markup rule rather than the entire clipboard. If nothing pastes, use the selectable fallback and your device’s copy command. Keep the destination field focused before using Paste, and check whether the app accepts plain text there. Do not share a whole private conversation just to demonstrate a copying problem. A minimal expression, the browser name and the receiving app are usually enough to explain the issue. The site does not need to read your clipboard history to help you copy its own text.
For text art, compare the first character position on every row. If each line is centered independently, if repeated spaces disappear, or if a long row wraps, the picture can break even though the underlying text was copied exactly. Use Text-art Workshop to inspect the design against a common left edge. Preview size changes the view only, not the copied string. Copy for a code block can help in a destination that supports the fence syntax, but an unsupported app may show extra backticks instead. Braille blank characters and ordinary spaces are not always visually interchangeable. Keep the original design intact until you identify which transformation the destination is applying.
Save meaningful work explicitly and download a creative backup before clearing site data or moving to another browser. The backup contains custom creations and collection groups, including an initial snapshot of earlier favorites and drafts, rather than a complete live history of every subsequent recent copy. Import reviews bounded JSON before merging, and an invalid file makes no changes. If storage is blocked or full, the creative tools use a temporary recovery path and can start a backup download. Check that the file actually completes, because browser download behavior varies. Keep a separate plain-text copy if needed before leaving an unsaved session.
Tell support which page and item you used, whether the automatic confirmation appeared, and what changed after pasting. Mention the browser and destination app rather than assuming the issue belongs to either one. If a screenshot helps, remove private conversation details before sharing it. An example that reproduces the problem makes a useful correction possible; a report that only says “broken” does not show whether copying, font support or line wrapping failed. The contact route opens your own email app and does not submit a hidden web form.

The automatic clipboard write was unavailable or rejected. The dialog provides the exact text for your device’s manual copy command.
A receiving font may not support a character. Try a simpler expression or a supported font; copying again cannot add missing glyph support.
It can remove them. Back up meaningful creative records before clearing site data, and use a minimal example to diagnose copying first.
