Scope and contact

Updated 16 October 2026. This policy describes the Kaomoji Online website and its configured features. There are no user accounts or public submission feeds.

Data stored in your browser

We use browser storage for favorites, recent successful copies, explicitly saved drafts, theme and analytics choices. Favorites and recents contain item IDs; saved drafts contain the text you chose to save. These records stay on your device and are not sent to our application server.

You can remove favorites and clear a saved draft using the tool. Your browser’s site-data controls can remove all local records. Private browsing, blocked storage or clearing browser data may make them temporary or unavailable.

Creative tools also store explicitly saved custom faces, messages, text art and named collections locally. Backup downloads may contain personal messages; keep them private. Restoring a backup merges its validated contents on this device. Current library favorites and recents keep their existing storage, alongside an initial snapshot in the creative library.

Optional AI generation

AI generation is disabled in this preview. The Describe a face tool can find local keyword matches and review a request without using AI. When generation is configured, a separate Generate with AI action sends the description and selected style to Cloudflare Workers AI. Do not include personal or sensitive details in descriptions.

The application does not intentionally retain raw descriptions or generated results on its server. Abuse protection uses a daily IP-derived key, challenge verification and bounded usage counters. Cloudflare processes requests under its service policies. Save and Edit actions may store a generated expression locally; descriptions are not included in creative backups or analytics events.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is configured for this website. It loads only after you allow optional analytics through Privacy choices, including on the noindex Pages preview. You can change that choice through the footer. Search-engine indexing settings do not control analytics consent.

We configure pageviews and a small set of interaction events using sanitized page locations and item IDs. We do not intentionally send raw searches, copied expressions, drafts, contact fields or clipboard contents. Google still processes connection and device information associated with received requests. Consent denial and blockers make our measurements incomplete.

Advertising

This preview serves no live advertising. AdSense integration is gated on production settings, valid account details, eligible content and a configured certified consent platform. If enabled, the consent platform provides applicable advertising choices and withdrawal controls. Advertising providers can process device and connection information according to their policies.

The final advertising configuration and any region-specific disclosures must be reflected here before ads are enabled. Optional analytics permission does not itself grant advertising permission.

Hosting and messages

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, including IP addresses, requested URLs and technical information, to deliver pages and protect the service. Infrastructure logging and retention follow the applicable Cloudflare service settings and policies. Browser-local favorites and drafts remain separate from those hosting records.

Emailing [email protected] shares your email address and the contents you send with Kaomoji Online support and its mailbox provider. Your message is used to respond to your enquiry and investigate related corrections or technical problems. Avoid sending sensitive information. You can contact the same address to request deletion of correspondence; applicable obligations and mailbox-provider retention may affect what can be removed.

Your choices

Use Privacy choices to manage optional analytics and the configured advertising platform for ad choices. Browser controls can clear local data and cookies. Contact us about access, deletion or other applicable privacy requests; the rights available depend on your jurisdiction and the data involved.

Backups and copied text are under your control

A creative backup is downloaded to the location chosen by your browser and may include saved message wording. The application does not automatically upload that file to a recovery account. When you select a backup for restore, the local tool reviews its bounded contents before merging them into this browser. Sharing the file through email or cloud storage is a separate action you choose outside this feature. Copy actions write the expression you requested rather than reading your existing clipboard. Review personal wording before sharing an example with support, and keep a separate private copy of drafts you need to retain.
